• ·   Generate Revenue by getting business from leads generated through assigned 4-5 Bank.
• ·       Cascade the incentive programs to Banks Staff
• ·       Responsible for sales completion by facilitating completion of medical reports & ensuring prompt issue of policy document
• ·       Develop new markets/ segments in line with company sales strategy from time to time.
• ·       Build a good customer base in order to cross-sell & up-sell.
